Easter Fruit Fluff Salad

This light, creamy fruit salad comes together in minutes with just three ingredients. It’s a classic no-fuss side dish that’s sweet, fluffy, and perfect for Easter brunch or any spring celebration.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4–6
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, etc.)

Instructions

1. Prepare the fruit
Wash the fruit thoroughly. Hull and slice strawberries if using; cut pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Leave smaller berries whole.

2. Mix the base
In a large bowl, gently stir together the whipped topping and mini marshmallows until combined.

3. Add the fruit
Fold the prepared fruit into the mixture until everything is evenly coated.

4. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

5. Serve
Give the salad a gentle stir before serving. Enjoy chilled.

Variations & Tips

  • Fruit combinations: Try mandarin oranges, sliced bananas, kiwi, or raspberries. If using bananas, add them just before serving to prevent browning.

  • Extra texture: Stir in ¼ cup shredded coconut or chopped nuts for a little crunch.

  • Make ahead: Prepare up to 4 hours in advance and keep refrigerated. If using juicy fruits like pineapple, drain them well before adding to prevent the salad from becoming watery.

  • Dairy-free: Use a dairy-free whipped topping to keep it dairy-free.

This fluffy fruit salad is a simple, nostalgic addition to any holiday table—kids and adults alike will reach for seconds.
