Add a package of pepperoni slices to the food processor for the most delicious appetizer


  Pepperoni  Dip (Pep Dip)

 creamy, zesty, and irresistible appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game day, or snacking. Ready in minutes and packed with bold flavors!

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz (3 packages) cream  cheese, softened

  • 10 oz pepperoni slices

  • ⅓ cup pepperoncinis, drained

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the  Cream Cheese:

      • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened  cream cheese with an electric mixer (or a sturdy spoon) until smooth and  creamy.

    2. Process the Pepperoni & Pepperoncinis:

      • Add the pepperoni slices to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

      • Toss in the drained pepperoncinis and pulse again until everything is evenly combined.

    3. Combine Everything:

      • Scrape the pepperoni-pepperoncini mixture into the bowl with the cream cheese.

      • Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and mix until fully incorporated.

    4. Chill & Serve:

      • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

      • Serve with crackers, pita chips, crostini, or fresh veggies like celery and bell peppers.

    Pro Tip: For extra kick, add a splash of pepperoncini brine or a pinch of red pepper flakes!
