Instructions

1. Prep the Potatoes

Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Slice them evenly into thin rounds (a mandoline helps for uniform thickness). Pat the slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture—this ensures crispy edges.

2. Season

In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until every piece is lightly coated.

3. Arrange in the Air Fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the basket. Slight overlap is fine, but avoid overcrowding.

4. Air Fry

Cook for 9–10 minutes, then shake the basket or flip the slices. Continue air frying for another 8–10 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and crispy around the edges.

5. Serve
