Zero Points Fresh Sesame Green Beans
A quick, crunchy, and flavorful side dish – and you can easily turn it into a light main course. Zero Points on Weight Watchers per serving.
Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon butter
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Dash of minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the trimmed green beans and sauté, stirring every minute or so, until just tender.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Stir for another 30 seconds.
Add the sesame seeds, toss to combine, and serve warm.
Tip: For a different twist, you can substitute toasted sesame oil for the butter – but the buttery, garlicky version is deliciously savory with a slight crunch. Enjoy!
