Pineapple Lemonade – A Tropical Sunshine Sip

Bright, sweet, and wonderfully refreshing, this pineapple lemonade brings a taste of the tropics to your glass. It’s effortless to prepare and perfect for sunny days, backyard gatherings, or whenever you crave a little vacation in a pitcher.

Prep time: 5 minutes | Chill time: 1 hour (optional)
Servings: 6–8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Country Time Lemonade Mix (or similar powdered lemonade)

  • 4 cups cold water

  • 2 cups 100% pineapple juice (chilled, if possible)

  • Ice, for serving

  • Lemon slices or pineapple wedges, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, pour in the cold water. Add the lemonade mix and stir vigorously until completely dissolved.

  2. Stir in the pineapple juice until fully blended.

  3. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld. (Can be served immediately if needed.)

  4. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or fresh pineapple.

Variations & Tips

  • Sparkling Lemonade: Replace half of the cold water with chilled club soda or sparkling water just before serving.

  • Frosty Slush: Blend the prepared lemonade with 2 cups of ice until smooth for a frozen treat.

  • Fruit-Infused: Add fresh sliced strawberries, orange rounds, or a few mint leaves to the pitcher.

  • Tropical Cocktail: Stir in a splash of light rum, coconut rum, or vodka for an easy summer drink.

  • Fresh Squeezed: For a from-scratch version, use 1 cup fresh lemon juice and ½ to ¾ cup simple syrup in place of the powdered mix.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving as some separation may occur.

Enjoy this sunny, sweet-tart sip—it’s like sunshine in a glass!
