Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Pork
Serves 4–6

Ingredients
▢ 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 pounds total)
▢ ½ cup honey
▢ ¼ cup soy sauce
▢ ¼ cup ketchup
▢ 6 cloves garlic, minced
▢ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▢ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
▢ 1 teaspoon black pepper
▢ ½ teaspoon salt
▢ ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the pork tenderloins in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, oregano, pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Pour the sauce over the pork, turning to coat evenly.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender enough to shred easily.

  5. Remove the pork and let it rest briefly before slicing or shredding.
