Garlic Shrimp Crostini with Avocado
Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste 1 large avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed 1 tablespoon of lime juice 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) Instructions:
Toast the baguette: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, and brush both sides with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp. Set aside.
