Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 20-24 mini Twix bars, unwrapped and cut in half

    Instructions

    1. Prep & Preheat

      • In a large bowl, beat the softened  butter, granulated  sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

    3. Add Wet Ingredients

    4. Incorporate Dry Ingredients

      • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

    5. Assemble the Cookies

      • Take 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your palm, and place a halved Twix bar in the center. Wrap the dough around the Twix, rolling it into a ball. Ensure the candy is fully enclosed.

    6. Bake

      • Place dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
